I was born in Rome and I have travelled around Italy admiring and appreciating what my beloved country has to offer. I began photography a number of years ago and as it happens with many photographers what triggered my passion for photography had been the purchase of a Reflex in occasion of my first trip to Australia. The camera allowed my imagination to launch my vision for myself into a reality.
Since then I have specialised in a wide range of "Portrait Photography" continuing to capture and immortalise the ambiguity and the enigma that are part of a person.
I have a Diploma in Free-Lance photography and am a Graduate in Literature, with a Major in Cinema. With a passion for the visual arts I have worked as a Journalist, Assistant Television Cameramen, Film Programmer and Projectionist.
From 2007 I have worked in several countries (Italy, Ireland, South Africa, Australia) and I took photographic portraits as a freelance photographer.
I continue to strive to liberate the essence of what people are in my pictures and in 2012; 2013 and 2014 I received four Honorable Mentions at the International
Photography Awards (IPA) as a Children Photographer.
In Australia I worked as a Fashion Photographer with international Hairdressers (Joe Mauri) and Make-Up Artists (Dean Nixon).
